Scope of Terms - These terms govern all reservations made through our Hotel Website.
Acceptance - You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.
Printing of Invoices and Email Receipts - Once you have finished your reservation, you will be given an email receipt of your booking. Kindly print this email receipt and store it for safekeeping. We would refer to this receipt for any modifications or changes that would be done to your booking.
Transaction Security - When you are transacting on our website, you are assured that your information is encrypted via 128-bit SSL. This technology encrypts the information from your customer browser to our secure servers and avoids third parties to intercept and read the data being passed during the booking session.
Confirmed Reservation - The reservation is processed and confirmed within seconds. You will see a confirmation page and will receive an email containing your Hotel Confirmation number and reservation details that you should save and/or print for your records.
Terms of Modifying a Reservation - You may modify your reservation directly through our Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is subject to our Modification Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section.
Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the Hotel Confirmation Number before modifying your reservation.
Terms of Canceling a Reservation - You may cancel your reservation directly through our Hotel Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is subject to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for Cancellation in accordance with our stated Cancellation Policies in effect at the time your reservation was confirmed.
Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and your Hotel Confirmation Number to verify your identity before canceling your reservation.
Terms of a No-Show Occurrence - In the event that you do not arrive before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section you have committed a No-Show. This gives us the right to charge your credit card for the No-Show Fees as stated there.
Hotel's Responsibility - Your contract for the room services is strictly between you and the Hotel – as such, we are solely responsible for providing you the guaranteed room accommodations and related services.
Secure Reservation Processing - Reservation processing is securely facilitated by our online reservation partners.
No Liability - Neither we, nor our online reservation partners, nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates, or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services, and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to hotel and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages, even if we and our online reservation partners have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.
Limitation of Financial Liability - In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, the liability to us, and/or our online reservation partners, if any, is limited to the Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit paid at the time of the reservation.
Governing Law - Your reservation is governed by the laws of the Philippines and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and our Hotel Website.

|Rapid Test Result||As mandated by the Tourism Office of the Local Government, Real-Time Rapid Test Result will be REQUIRED upon guest arrival.|
|Swimming Pool Charges||Children (guests and non-guests) may use the swimming pool for a fee of Php 250 (day use) and Php 350 (night use).|
|INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT||Refundable security cash deposit of PHP1,000.00 will be required upon check-in.|
|NON-SMOKING POLICY||All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and within the hotel premises. Kindly ask any hotel representative for the designated smoking are in the hotel. A penalty of PHP3,000.00 will be charge to the guest who will not comply.|
|For the month of September and December 2020||All reservations made for the said months will be non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.|
|PET POLICY||No pets are allowed inside the room and within the hotel.|
|Children Policy||11 years old and below is considered as a child and is free of charge in the room but not complimentary in the use of any of the facilities in the hotel, and 12 years old and above are considered as an adult, so it will be charged as an extra person payable at the hotel.|
|Extra Bed / Person Charge||Use of extra bed as well as the extra person is chargeable at the hotel.|
|Rates||Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are not applicable for conference and group bookings.|
|Unsuccesful Payment Charging||A reservation agent will contact you within 3 days to settle this matter.|
